Andy An
head of design
Andy An is an award-winning industrial designer and creative technologist with experience in Event Design, Product Design, and Art Direction.
Since beginning his consulting practice in 2015, he's helped private clients, hospitality groups, brands, and marketing agencies such as Delta Airlines, Vice Media, and Estée Lauder Companies realize everything from wholesale baby bottle products to the world's first experiential, spoon-powered video game.
Married to his love of bold aesthetics, Andy strives to leverage technology and reinvigorate the public sphere through considered objects, spatial design, and immersive installations. He is driven by a desire to challenge the ordinary.
Nick Huddleston
HeAD OF CULINARY
A Los Angeles native, Nick graduated from New York University in 2014 with a degree in sociology. After working at an entertainment agency and a luxury eye-wear company, Nick discovered his lifelong love was in food, and redirected his career path in pursuit of this calling.
Nick graduated with honors from the Culinary Arts program at The Institute of Culinary Education in 2018. He has since contributed his talents to the kitchen of Otoña, a modern tapas bar in Highland Park, Los Angeles. When he is not conceiving of new bites and concoctions for Mouth Arcade, he works under the guidance of James Beard Winning chef Matt Molina, at Hippo in Highland Park. At heart, Nick is driven to find new ways of make meaningful connections between food and community.
